About William Geving

I have created this site to assist homeowners and real estate professionals with increasing the exposure of their homes to the demographics they care the most about: interested buyers, many already pre-qualified or approved. I offer this service at no charge with the expectation of generating non-qualified leads from the listings. One can't work strictly on their own in the real estate business and expect to do well. I prefer to work with a team and I suggest the same for anyone selling their own home or a home for their client. I also feel that if we all do our part, we can reduce the costs to all parties involved and make it a win-win situation all around.
